"Billing department is the worst. They will keep you in dark about your payment and insurance plan. Even after multiple follow ups, they will say that insurance will take care of it. If it’s not approved by insurance then you will end up paying thousands of dollars. I will suggest to get clarity on your bill after first visit, validate it with insurance and then decide about services. Do not rely on lifestance billing department."

"I scheduled an appointment with Valentina Asamaigor. Worst psychiatry experience of my life. Unprofessional, disorganized, attempted to prescribe me multiple unnecessary and one potentially addictive medications. She called me the wrong name, had zero of the patient files I provided her, initially denied the medication plan I've been on for 3 years (prescribed to me by a Lifestance therapist in another state) and then, after agreeing to continue that medication course, didn't get the medication prescribed for TEN days after our first appointment. Needless to say, I didn't go back. Lifestance feels like a trap. They really just want your money and hope you don't show up so they can charge you the $175 no-show fee. Their providers don't seem interested in investing time or energy to get to know or help their clients."
