"I have been going to NA Dermatology since 2008, their service was once great, but is now horrible. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Abhik D. Dhar, MD, after waiting over 40 minutes past our schedule appointment (that I showed up 14 minutes early to) time I left. If a Doctor lacks the integrity to show up on time, I do not want them treating me."

"Very disappointing billing practices and completely unwilling to listen to the customer. They provided a service that is preventative and covered by insurance at 100% but refused to use the correct billing code and did not tell us beforehand so trying to stick us with the bill. Assume the revenue associated with an "office visit" is more profitable than a preventative skin cancer screen...."

"I did not have a pleasant experience at my visit. I understand the clinic was busy that day, but I waited for over half an hour after my appointment time, which I showed up early too. Like I said I understand it can get busy, but I felt as if the wait time was too excessive. While I was being seen from a provider, I did not feel cared for as a patient. I felt as if the provider disregarded my main concern even as I was asking questions. The conversation with the provider was not comforting and was not knowledgeable. Also, I asked for pricing for a procedure being told insurance covered it. I was okay paying the copay, but I was not going to do the procedure if I knew I was going to get a bill in the mail. I will be calling about billing issues because I was told I did not have to pay anymore than I already did. Overall I did not feel cared for as a patient here, and I was disappointed in my visit."

"I've been a patient at NAD for several years and have always had a good experience with the staff and Dr.Dhar. Unfortunately the cost of services and the lab prices are causing me to leave. Over a $1000 for office visit and lab work for a single mole biopsy. Previous visits with the same biopsy cost $265."
