"I have been here a few times and can’t say enough nice things about the staff and level of care me and my family have received. Everyone is super friendly, we are always seen quickly, and the prices are reasonable. I can’t say enough good things. We will continue to go to this facility for all minor injuries and illnesses. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars."
"I appreciated the quick, affordable, efficient pain management care I received while awaiting for an available appointment to have a tooth removed. However after two months of pain care I was told they would not see me again unless I had my tooth removed with them. Context: Dec. 2022 I started experiencing severe tooth pain. I went to a dentist and a maxilofacial surgeon and received and got an appointment to tooth removal… in May. By February the pain had worsened and I needed immediate care. They confirmed what my doctor said and prescribed me pain meds, amoxicillin, and an antibacterial mouthwash. They also offered in house surgery but since they don’t take insurance, it would’ve cost me about $1,000 for the two most severe teeth. However 4 would eventually need to be removed and my insurance covered all four 100% in but at the surgeons office. I told them this and accepted pain management. Knowing my surgery wasn’t until May, I ignored the recommended dosage and rationed the prescriptions and took them only as needed. A month later the pain returned worse, and I went back to their office. This time the doctor had no patience and was frustrated I wouldn’t receive care from them. I repeated the insurance situation and was prescribed more pain meds and mouthwash. However she said she would not see me again unless I was coming for surgery. A month later the pain returned at around midnight far worse than all previous times. I took the last dose of amoxicillin and pain meds i had but the pain only got worse. I did not go there because of then last conversation. I called my surgeons emergency line but was not able to reach him until 7 am. I received more pain meds and was moved up on the wait list so the back and forth finally ended. That night, having no potential solutions, created physical and personal problems. While one quick visit was helpful and affordable, not being permitted to return for care that fit my finances was emotionally damaging at minimum and physically excruciating at max Affordability: The total cost of each visit was about $300. This is great if you do not have health insurance but make decent enough money. The night I called my surgeon I was told excedrin was fine until he was able to call in a prescription. I could have saved $200 with that information the first time I visited"
"I attempted to use the online telehealth service because I was out of town and not feeling well. As I tried to download what was needed to connect to the provider it said the app was not available for my phone. I tried to call the number left on my email and it was busy each time I called. I canceled the appointment through the option on the email to cancel and received a confirmation of cancelation but I never got a refund. It's not right because I would have made the appointment if there was an updated app for my phone to use to make it and if there was someone I could have spoken to in order to resolve the issue. I also sent an email but no response."
"UPDATE 12/11: I finally spoke to manager Larry, and he claims the employee Darrell says he never told me the business lost my labs. So on top of never getting my test results, the employee lied about the situation. Larry didn't want to give his name at the end of the call. I had to ask several times. He also now claimed my bill was $257 instead of $143 even though I was quoted $143! This is the worst urgent care visit and customer service I've ever experienced. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, " LOST TEST RESULTS, WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN, AND BRUISE AFTER DOCTOR COULDN'T GET BLOOD!!! On Sunday, November 12, I went in for scheduled blood work. The doctor unsuccessfully tried to get blood twice, so I had a urine test. Six days later, I have a bruise on my arm from that attempt. Darrell told me when I left on Sunday I would get the test results emailed in 2-4 days. After 5 days with no results, I called and spoke to Darrell again. This time, he told me that information was incorrect and that patients are given a card with information to the online portal. I asked if I could results over the phone and then was told it looks like they never sent the urine to the lab or my test was submitted under the wrong name!!!! I got hung up on twice. The female receptionist said she'd talk to Darrell and call me back but never did. The following day, six days after the test, I called again and spoke to Darrell. He said they LOST MY TEST but that I could come back in for another test!!! I informed him it would be pointless now to have another testing, and I don't have time to come in for another test. I told him this has gotten ridiculous and I want my money back. He didn't apologize but instead hung up. Oh, and I had to pay out of pocket for test results I never got because I was informed at the appointment they don't accept insurance. It would have been nice to have known this when I made the appointment."
