At each visit she reassed my abilities and set new goals based on my progress. She challenged me but did not push me and I progressed toward the set goals each time. "Dr. Chris Ross and the entire staff are excellent in all aspects of patient care. I originally went to Dr. Ross for vertigo. His complete work up and diagnosis revealed additional underlying problems with extreme neck and shoulder tension. His knowledge, treatments ( including a plethora of helpful exercises and dry needling) have brought relief and a fountain of knowledge of self-care so that my neck and shoulders are greatly improved, the tension and headaches rarely occur and vertigo has not returned. "I am a HUGE fan of this Benchmark location. Chris is AWESOME! He has twice assisted me with injuries. The first time was a rotator cuff tendon injury. I spent several weeks in therapy with 100% resolution. I am now in prehab with Chris preparing for total knee replacement. Chris is assisting with strengthening and helping with pain management while waiting for surgery to happen.
