"Exceptional care from whole team. Check in was easy was kept informed of wait time and seen promptly. Super Bowl Sunday lacerated a couple of fingers which needed stitches. The PA Madison was gentle and quick and I was home before end of First Quarter. All my experiences with Piedmont Health have been great this one is no different. Highly recommend and so much better than going to the ER."
"Went there to get stitches for a cut on my nose. I walked in at 4pm a was done by 5! They were quick a the PA was very nice, knowledgeable and caring. I felt well taken care of."
"We made an appointment online within 30 minutes of being there. I was able to check my daughter in online to avoid having to wait longer in the office, when we got there the waiting room was completely full and I was certain we were going to have to wait well past our wait time, considering I just made the appointment online. To my surprise, they were able to see us right on time and were moving efficiently. The staff were so polite and attentive and I was extremely pleased with our experience from the front desk to the nurses to the doctor. Thank you."
"Love ❤️ this place very professional even with the new highly educated younger employees its very comfortable and discreet. Nobody YELLING YOUR INFO AROUND….Oh and the Dr. Van he's highly intelligent and Exceptionally Experienced! Love these two qualities definitely want this in yourself and you want in your Dr., Lawyer, Mother&Father. It really makes the difference in how you view and go through life."
"Update: Now there’s one (or possibly two) pending charges for $299 on the credit card that I was required to leave on file?! I received 2 emails about the pending charges. I called the clinic and they assured me that despite what the two emails actually say, the two $299 “PENDING” charges aren’t actually pending. What?! An unnecessarily unpleasant experience. The two ladies sitting at the front desk were surly and unhelpful. I didn’t realize the Grinch Who Stole Basic Customer Service worked here. I made an appointment. I was given a time slot of 4pm to 4:15pm. I arrived approximately ten minutes early and checked-in online. I then waited in the parking lot (like I always do here). Twenty five minutes later (around 4:15pm) I called to make sure they were going to call or text to let me know when to come inside. A woman gruffly answered the phone and promptly hung up on me after I asked my question. So then I walked inside the clinic. This is when I encountered the two Grinches sitting at the front desk. One of the ladies at the front desk suggested the clinic had no idea that I was already here and had no idea that I’d been waiting almost half an hour. What is the point of online check-in if the the ladies sitting at the front desk don’t keep up with who has or hasn’t checked-in? How did they not know that I was already there and had been waiting? I literally told them that through the online check-in process! I told her that I had tried to call and someone hung up on me. She didn’t even respond. The lobby was full of sick people. I still wanted to wait outside in my car because I do not have a respiratory illness (like everyone else here it seems). So I went back outside and continued to wait in my car. Why did I get attitude from the ladies at the front desk for wanting to wait outside? Isn’t that something this clinic always offers? I wasn’t asking for any kind of special treatment. I eventually received a text. Was it inviting inside because my appointment was ready? No. It was asking me to pay in advance. I’d been sitting there for about 40 minutes by that point and the only service I’d received was a nasty attitude from the employees and a request to pay in advance. Reluctantly, I paid in advance for service I had not yet received. But SURPRISE that didn’t change anything. A woman came outside at around 4:30pm while I was waiting. She was heading to her car. I asked her when about her appointment time and her wait. It sounds like she was here for almost TWO HOURS! An old lady subsequently arrived with a walker. She checked in and waited about twenty minutes before she was taken back to see the doctor. How did she get seen by the doctor before folks who had appointments and were already waiting? Why is everyone getting to go back except me? Making an appointment in advance is completely and utterly useless here from what I can tell. After waiting over an hour I came inside and complained to the Grinches about the wait and lack of information. They seemed shocked to see me. The lady started stammering and suddenly turned sugary sweet: “Oh honey you’re next, but I need to you sign a form first.” She put a form in front of me about saving a credit card to my file. I explained to her that I had already signed the form digitally and physically in-person. She proclaimed that she needed another one. Seriously? Another one? She said Piedmont would not see me without signing either one. I eventually saw the doctor. She was very nice and professional. I’d happily see her again in the future, but she clearly needs better support staff. Doctor asked if I could make it to the pharmacy before the closed. I said sure. I raced to the pharmacy. The pharmacy couldn’t fill the prescription without some kind of additional doctor approval … so I called Piedmont Urgent Care. Surprise! They can’t help until tomorrow because it’s so late now. Someone in administration needs to actually go through this process like a regular patient."
