"Had an appointment with them scheduled 2 years ago was unable to make the appointment as I had contracted COVID and called to reschedule/cancel the appointment, but no one answered the phone and I had to leave a message. I have recently been receiving correspondence from the facility for a NO SHOW fee! It's absurd considering I called to reschedule (I even received treatment at another facility due to not being called back). Worst service!"
