"Dr. Sesay and his staff were all very kind, and went above and beyond. We were initially told that they could not remove the earring that was stuck in my daughter’s ear, and sent to another urgent care. The nice young woman at the front desk called me after we left and let me know the Dr. had just returned and said he would be able to remove it. Once we returned, we were seen immediately, and Dr. Sesay was able to get it out without numbing it or having to cut anything. Highly recommend!"

He listens to everything and takes all the time you need. His staff is just as great! They work hard to not keep you waiting. I highly recommend this office… and so do my kiddos!"

"Originally came in for ear infection. Got diagnosed, prescription was sent. 3 days later, my daughter has an allergic reaction. Go back to get checked out. Doctor says they will call in a new prescription. Check with my pharmacy, there are no orders. I wait until the next day. Still no orders, so I called PPUC to check. No answer, left a message. 5 hours later, still no response so I come in to see what can be done. The office can’t figure out how to help, even with the doctor we saw was there. Almost an hour later, apologies were said and new prescription order was finally sent in. Pharmacy is now saying 4 days before available. Because of all of this, I’m having to take another day off of work to get my daughter to her pediatrician. Complete waste of my time and inconsiderate. Front end doesn’t know how to talk to the back end. Called again today to figure out another option, their phone system is still not working."

"I live in Florida and was on vacation at the time and my son came down very ill. I had no choice but to bring him somewhere to be seen. The check in nurse was very polite and prompt in checking my son in. The nurse staff who gave my son his initial flu, and strep tests were awesome ! They treated my son as if it was there child that was ill. The doctor was fantastic and quickly knew what to get my son tested for and was right on the money. She gave me antibiotics and he is no longer that sick boy I originally brought in as a worried parent. Kudos to this urgent care for being prompt and great with my son."
