"This has been our go to for a long time, but lately I have some questions. My daughter had an ear infection and got some drops and they did nothing for her. Her ear pain was getting worse and I called in two days later to explain that she likely needed an oral antibiotic. They said she needed to come back in, which is fine, but was told I would be charged another visit fee. Feels like a money maker and not true care of the patient when they JUST saw her."

"Generally a decent place as I have vistited numerous times in the past. On 12/22/23 take my sick son in and he was diagnosed with the flu. Doctor I saw said she'd call in prescription for albuterol if my son's cough got worse. Morning of 12/23 my son's cough indeed got worse. I called numerous times in hopes of reaching someone on the medical staff to get my child some help. After numerous calls, with being placed on hold for 20 minutes durations each call before being dumped to their voicemail. Left multiple messages pleading for someone please assist. Also emailed to no avail no one contacted me about getting my son some help. Will not be back. Lost a customer"

"I needed a doctor to prescribe me medicine. This place has a lot of patients and I literally waited for 1.5 hours in the lobby just to see a doctor. Spoke with the front office young lady that I am not feeling well due to sickness and see if she can help me expedite in the process. However, she doesn’t seem to be care at all and just told me there are still 6 people in front of me and I just have to wait. There is nothing else she can do. Bad service and doesn’t care about how patient feels at all. Bad experience overall!"

"I am little late to post this review. I wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we all received during all our visits to your urgent care center right from cold to flu, back pain and minor injuries when we were a new resident in Georgia and moved from Florida and we didn’t knew where to go for an urgent visit. From the moment we walked in, the staff displayed a high level of professionalism and efficiency. The facility is always impeccably clean, and I was pleasantly surprised by the minimal wait time. The staff, made us feel at ease when we went for our son’s injuries and provided clear explanations throughout the process. The medical care we received was top-notch, and the accurate diagnosis, along with the prompt treatment, significantly contributed to our recovery. We remember our parents visited us from India in 2022 they both got Covid just before they were leaving back to India, we called several healthcare providers and they were not able to attend them. Gwinnett Urgent promptly asked us to bring them and get them tested and provided a proper handout of Do's and Don'ts. They recovered well and went back to India healthy. The Physicians listens to you patiently and engages and understands the problems. Overall, our experience at Gwinett Urgent Care was outstanding. I will not hesitate to recommend your services to friends and family. Thank you for your commitment to excellent healthcare."

"This is my favorite urgent care. I've been here a few times, and they have been quick to see me. Very little time in the waiting room. They get me in and out quick. This last time, I needed an x ray. They have good equipment and went smoothly. Everyone is very friendly and helpful."
