"I love this Benchmark location and am sad that I don't need PT anymore! My husband keeps joking that I'm going to hurt myself again just so I can go back. The staff is the best. Kami and Thaddius made sure all my insurance issues got squared away quickly. I saw Hunter for a knee problem. He paid careful attention and gave me great exercises to build strength back up. The team at Benchmark make visits fly by. I always look forward to the "question of the day" and the thoughtful discussions we have. "I would like to begin my review with the fact I know how difficult it is to live with chronic pain. Going through physical therapy was important for me to help eliminate as much pain as possible, gain back range of motion and start enjoying a more active way of life. Finding the best physical therapist and a positive environment was a must! My purpose for saying that is because the moment I walked in the doors at BenchMark Physical Therapy at Roswell Mill, the entire staff was very helpful and supportive. Thaddius and Jasmine work the front desk. Their great attitudes were essential in creating a positive environment from the very beginning for me. Thaddius was wonderful and would always put a smile on my face when he answered the phone in his fun, yet professional way. He has truly gone above and beyond to help me when needed. Bre'anna is the director at the Roswell Mill location and she and Hunter are the physical therapists who both worked with me. On day one, Bre' patiently took time to thoroughly listen to all my concerns. With each visit both she and Hunter would provide me with the best treatment options and exercises to help me become as pain free as possible. They were great at making sure I did everything properly! Along with the exercises, Bre' introduced me dry needling, a treatment I've heard of but never tried. I find the results were consistently helpful in both my neck and back. Hunter was great at dry needling as well, although, I think he secretly enjoyed finding the perfect spot that needed it, lol. All the exercises both Bre' and Hunter had given me were tailored to my specific needs and alternatively had options to change them based on my manageability and level of pain on any specific day. "I recently finished a series of PT sessions at BenchMark to treat a knee injury.  The therapists were professional, knowledgeable, engadging, and kind.  Hunter and Madison, my primary therapists who were awesome, helped strenthen my knee through a series of workouts that were challenging and effective.  Along with Bree and Thaddius, the other wonderful PT's, everyone including the patients seemed to be enjoying themselves.  It was a very healthy environment.  I was somewhat disappointed when my sessions ended but it was time as my knee was feeling stronger and more flexible.  I attribute my healing to the effective care I received at BenchMark and will not hesitate to recommend you when offered the chance."
