"There is a 100 dollar consult fee. I was interested in skin laser and reached out to them through Instagram. When I spoke with them over the phone and asked of their was a consult fee they said no. Traveling over an hour way, low and behold they asked for a 100 consult fee. I understand consult fees and I don't mind paying them. What I dont understand- is when practices lie and be sneaky. If they were honest up front, then great! By the way, take their before and after photos with a grain of salt. They use a special light that shows pigment greater in the before photos, and heavily filter their after photos. Just look and compare their photos and you will see that each photos color scheme are exactly the same."

"The staffs are young and inexperience. The whole intake patient is old manual process. While I was waiting on Dr. Son Nguyen I overheard him asking one of his staffs if the patient has insurance or not. I also witnessed a senior patient was having hard time getting the paper work and the information he needed. The staffs were not friendly and unprofessional. Dr. Son Nguyen appears nice and friendly, but he will rip your health insurance and wallet quick. Go somewhere else, where you get a respect being a patient than being ripped off here."

"Got a procedure done that includes 10 scar removal treatments. The procedure itself went smooth, took about 10 min. I paid 3,000.00 USD CASH and they did it the same day. It was a cyst in my face that I was told had a 20% chance of being a tumor... So far I had 5 laser scar treatments done but was turned down 3 times because their laser wasn't ready. They scheduled an 930 apt I show up and there's no one there. Then I'm told to come back at 115 this afternoon. This is the 3rd time they send me back because they made some mistake. I typically wait for about an hour before they burn the scar for 5 seconds and tell me to come back again. The waiting is irritating but what's really irritating is the fact that I drive there and they just send me back. I drive 25 min in each direction. If I come back today I'll raise the surgeons awareness about this."
