Breast Health Clinic

"Very rude staff members!!!!!!!!!! From my experience and encounter with this facility certain staff members are not as welcoming as you would think. You would think that the women working at this establishment would understand what a women whose coming into a breast clinic is going through. Anytime I have called to make a appointment, ask a question, or wanted to direct any question or concerns -there is a very rude women who answers the phone with no sympathy or compassion for any of the patients who are Experiencing breast issues. We already are suffering from something that is very stressful, some of us are fearful, and have many concerns. To call and have such a rude person snapping at you for asking questions about your own health concerns brings me to believe this employee doesn’t enjoy the profession she chose. This is not one time it’s multiple times. I have decided to find another provider I wouldn’t dare put my life I’m the hands of people with little concern of my well being."
