One Family Pediatrics

"Worst patient services. We are with this doctor Hiral Lavinia for almost 6 and half years. She saw both of my kids since they are born. These days even to get simple school excuse letter they will make our life's very difficult. The front office people does not give us necessary information. Parents get a different guidelines from school saying do not send your kids to school even if they have 100.4 fever. Doesn't matter until they have normal temperature even if it is 3 days or 5 days they have to stay home(this is understandable). But our pediatric office have different guidelines. They don't give us school excuse letter without seeing and they won't give us sick appointment if it just 100.4 fever. Its like a chicken and egg problem. How can I get a get a school excuse letter? They used to give sick appointments whenever needed when the office is small they used to be very accommodative. But after their office space expansion even though you call them in their office hours they never call you back or they call you end of the day and ask us to visit urgent care or come back tomorrow This happened when my kid is very sick. Even though your kid is very sick she never gives antibiotics even when it is needed. She made us go through hell for a month when my kid is sick. After suffering for 2 weeks of severe fever in the 3rd week she gave antibiotic. In the meanwhile, I have to go urgent care and emergency twice because of not treating my kid properly. I would not recommend them at all save yourself from them."

"We started going to Dr Lavania when my son was born due to a recommendation as he intact and many doctors in the us do not know how to properly treat intact boys. She was recommended as someone who is knowledgeable in this area. I was very pleasantly surprised at her approach to that as well as care in general. We ended up switching our daughter to her practice as well and have been with them about 4.5 years. We love both the dr and the nurse practitioner there. We drive 30+ minutes to her just because we love this practice so much. Since we have started, they have expanded their office to much bigger than the original size. It’s clean and nicely decorated. Everyone is always friendly and we have never had to wait long at visits. I cannot recommend this practice enough!"

"Dr. Lavania and her staff are the best! She has never made us feel rushed, respects your choices and answers every question we have even taking extra time with the kiddos so they understand too. You can email her any questions from the website portal and she will respond in a timely manner. Love her! The office is very neat & clean and nicely decorated with age appropriate artwork. The rooms have adorable hand painted scenes. The kids and I are so glad we choose this practice:)"
