"BEWARE!! In my 30 years in the medical field, I have never seen anything like this. My great-grandson(eight months old) was a few ounces underweight on his wellness check. Admitted him to the hospital. All of his bloodwork was normal. The baby was eating until he was full. My granddaughter,( a pre-law student at Auburn) took him back to the Dr. in a few days. The Dr. wanted to re-admit him to the hospital, but my granddaughter refused. The Dr. threatened her with DHR. She re-admitted him and still, DHR was called in!! After a few minutes, the case worker stated that it was a waste of her time. How dare this Dr. imply that our baby was being neglected!!! We took him to another clinic and the baby is fine!! The clinic manager will not return the numerous calls from my daughter!!!"

"If only there was a no star option! BEWARE. This practice is the worst I have ever encountered anywhere. Bringing your child here, as another reviewer stated, you run the risk of them calling DHR. When my grandson's doctor, Marina Tibold, could not figure out what was going on with him and why he couldn't eat enough to gain weight, she called DHR. In 2 1/2 months, she never made arrangements to get him to a pediatric GI doctor. And never made arrangements for him to see a speech therapist to make sure he was sucking properly. Finally, I called and made the GI appointment myself and was told there was still no referral for him on file. If you call the manager of the practice to complain, he will not call you back. The end result of the "care" provided by this practice was 2 1/2 months of wasted time, no resolution on what was wrong with my grandson and destroying my daughter's confidence in her ability to mother her own child. That was our experience and this is MY opinion of this practice."

"Do NOT send your kids here!!!! As a boy mom kids fight and boys are rough!!! Dr doss contacted dhr because my son had small tiny bruises on his shins! Mind you he goes to school and has two older siblings and I honestly cannot keep up with every little bruise my kids get! I let them be kids! This man has been a doctor for 7 years which isn't long! Has no special education that qualified him to make an assumption! This whole clinic needs to be investigated! Do NOT take your kids here especially to see him at all! I'm warning every mom, but especially moms with rough boys. Also, don't turn down a vaccine for the flu or covid or you get a lecture. When it's our choice!"

"My kids had been going to pediatric clinic since 2010. Never had any major issues. Love Dr. Gibbs! The only issue I had was that we hardly ever saw my kids actual doctor. We would see someone new each time which is almost like an urgent care. I switched to Dr. Anglin at Sunshine Pediatrics this year because we had new insurance and she had recently opened. I heard good things and wanted to try her out. Pretty sure it is my right to do so. My daughter's asthma started to flare after hours and urgent care had a 2 hour wait due to only having one doctor working so I called Pediatric clinic and was told my child was still active and I could do a walk in. Upon signing in I was given the option to transfer back so she can be seen. Filled out transfer paperwork and my child was seen. Get a call from a Michelle 2 days later questioning why I wanted to transfer back and why I left. I told her I had no reason for leaving but had new insurance and made a decision to see a new doctor and she proceeds to basically call me a liar saying "I just find it hard to believe you left for no reason." "I'm just trying to understand." "I'm confused." I am an adult who made a decision to see someone new because that is what I wanted to do. That is the reason. She refused to accept that as an answer. It's like she wanted me to have had a problem with the Pediatric Clinic. The only issue I ever had was always seeing a different doctor. I don't have this issue with Sunshine Pediatrics. I see Dr. Anglin every time. She then proceeds to ask if I know how difficult it is to transfer doctors. Why yes Michelle I know how "difficult" it is. I have been a registered nurse for 15 years and have completed the process more times than I can count. I ended up telling her if it's that big of a deal, I will keep my kids with Sunshine Pediatrics. I got what I needed that day and my child is doing well. Should we need after hours again, we will just go to AFC urgent care on College St. Not at all upset about not being able to transfer back as that was not my intention. I was only doing what I needed to make sure my child was seen. I was not at all pleased with the approach and basically being called a liar but at the end of the day everything happens for a reason and this situation definitely ended up working in our favor. My kids are where they need to be with Dr. Anglin at Sunshine Pediatrics!!! Highly recommend. Check out the 5 star reviews!!!"

"I have a pretty bad breathing issue that developed last year and Dr. Hanes was my doctor. I went through a lot of testing before she decided she couldn’t figure out what it was and gave up. I still have this issue with no explanation. Do not go here unless you want your time wasted and lazy doctors!!"
