The Doctors Office

"Just go to Walmart and see a doctor there! You get much more quality and value yes Value for so much less than this criminal enterprise. I found this listing while looking for another provider after leaving Emory of Sharpsburg which is this exact same office. It being the same place I think it is deserving of the same review. Deceptive billing. My wife has been there at least 7 times and has never been seen by a Doctor. She has only been seen by a nurse practitioner. We are self paying $189.00 for a visit but another bill arrives mid week for whatever they want. Patients right to a full explanation is not happening. Amy the diplomatic front speaks to codes for the up charges but doesn't explain directly to what exactly the charges are for. Amy talks in circles which is frustrating. They really don't pay attention to what the patient says. My wife has repeatedly told them to send the prescriptions to Kroger yet they go to CVS. Amy said she'll ask the Doctor to pay closer attention. Really? The billing is what made my wife have stress. She was going there for treatment of ADHD I own a business and I am not accustomed to paying for unknown items. Would you buy $189.00 worth of things from Walmart and then appreciate getting another $233.35 charge for those items the following Wednesday? We are afraid to go back there. To do no harm. They fail at that."

"Worst doctors office I've ever been to. It used to be great till Piedmont took over. I've been waiting on a prescription refill for 4 days now. I made an appointment with the doctor only to be told that dr Luis had refilled it on the 3rd. (They refused to refund my co-pay after) I called the pharmacy and had no prescription there. Back to the dr to be told that "oh we didnt actually fill it, we'll do it now." Here it is Saturday, 4 days later and I still don't have my medicine. THE ABSOLUTE WORST!"
