"I have Lyme disease oh I am disease does not show up on a blood test. I’ve suffered with it for two years but yet they won’t see me because they say that I don’t have any blood work that substitutes that I have Lyme disease. How could he know if he doesn’t see me, just another quack what somebody else to do all the work for him I wouldn’t waste my time. If I was you, I was on hold to talk to somebody for 35 minutes maybe one day I’ll find someone that cares enough to see me and treat me."
"Dr. Prokesch and staff are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy my visits"
"The doctor and the stuff at the desk talks about people that comes into their offices and that is disrespectful. You never know what someone is going through."
"Front desk receptionist is alittle uncaring at times maybe it's the Area of town but they could be alot nicer"
"I arrived at 9;30a.m. after I was told to be there at 9:45a.m. I asked at 10;16 a.m. whether I'd be seen soon because of my IV fusion schedule and wound vac had starting beeping. Another patient came in afterwards; going on and on about being late and worried if he'd missed his appointment. He was called back and I was still waiting. I ASKED the nurse whom called him back if I'd be seen shortly and let her know why. She rudely proceeds to tell me about how other patuents have picc lines and are on IV meds. I told her I'm not asking about other patents; she ACCUSES me of calling her a name and of attacking her. Really? She then asks why hadn't I asked the desk. I told her I had . She questions why I asked her. She stated she didn't think they'd be able to see me. The patient whom was late sides with the nurse; accusing me of being out of line. He was still talking as I was asking the nurse if I'd be next. He never stopped talking. I left. I won't be spoken to any way and feel my time is of value like theirs. As an African American I'm attacking just by asking a question! There are other offices with better professionalism!"
