"We will not be going back. My wife has had a fever for 5 days now. At one point, it was as high as 103.5. We had to wait an hour just to see a PA. The PA tried to tell us it was allergies and to take Zyrtec. He did relent and prescribe antibiotics for what is clearly an upper respiratory infection. This is not our first negative experience. 3rd strike."

"I’ve been to this practice a handful of times, and each time it’s been super super clean. And very thorough and fast. The online appointment scheduling is great too. I went yesterday for a stomach bug, and the medical team wanted me to go to the hospital for some additional screening. The Westside Med medical staff called me several hours after my appt to make sure I made it to the hospital & was recovering ok. That touch of customer service will have me returning for sure."

Called me an ambulance and took care of me as much as they could until the ambulance came. The doctor also called to make sure I was ok the next day. I would definitely go back. That is a office that care about people and their health."
