"I needed to go and have a fasting blood work done first of all they made my appointment at 11:20 so could not eat after midnight and had to wait all this time. So I drove up there in the morning to see by some chance they could get me in early at least to do the bloodwork I was told no they needed the order from the Dr they definitely do not go above and beyond to help the patients but I could come come back another day if I wanted to well why would I want to do that ? Angela is very rude and unprofessional in my book it is not the first time I have had to deal with her. Not to mention I have called them with no return calls back to me I even have sent a message thru the patient portal with no response. Needless to say I told them to cancel my appointment for today and I would not be returning at all . Sad part is that I like Amanda unfortunately I will now be looking for a different PCP."

"Thus is one of the best clinics I have ever been to. I woke up with left flank pain and feeling terrible and threw up three times. I called them to schedule an appointment. They immediately accommodated me. Tonya Smith and Emily helped me so much to relieve my pain. They immediately suspected kidney stones. They set up an appointment immediately to get a CT scan within an hour. After the CT results came in they setup an immediate appointment with the urologist within two hours on the same day. The entire process was smooth and painless. They even called me the very next day to see how I was feeling and any updates from the urologist. I have not seen such a caring, supportive and professional facility and staff. They will do anything to make you feel comfortable and make sure your medical needs are met. That is my go to place for me and family’s medical needs."
