"Dr.Patel is a really great doctor. He has been my doctor for approximately 8 years now. However each year the wait time to be seen gets worse. It’s absolutely ridiculous when to have to wait 2 hours when you have an appointment to be seen by Dr.Patel or one of his attendants. Then after you leave the waiting area, and the nurse practitioners take your Vidals, you have to wait another 45minutes before Dr.Patel or one of his attendants see you. I the past 3 years have not spent less than 3 hours in this office. Although I love Dr.Patel, I have to consider finding a new doctor. Everyone in that office is dismissive and disrespectful to the patients time. Schedule less appoints, we appreciate it thy more than you trying to squeeze as many people in, on one day."

"I was seen by the nurse practitioner at this location. She was very thorough and explained - in detail - about her recommendations. I really appreciated her professional demeanor and her willingness to take the time to provide individual attention to her patients. I was a little hesitant about the location as the office is small and unassuming, however I was pleasantly surprised at the level of care I received here and I will be moving my family care to this practice. I did not have to wait an unreasonable period of time to be seen for my appointment and the office is flexible with same-day booking. The staff was not overly effervescent, but they were professional and concise. I highly recommend this practice."

"Dr. Patel has been my Primary Care Physician for nearly 7 years, and hopefully a lot more. He cares for his patients and actually LISTENS TO THEM, which is hard to find these days. What I love about his practice is that he takes walk-in patients as well as appointments. If you work an odd or irregular schedule like myself, you can't always set a specific appointment time, but you can still get in and be seen. Most people aren't use to this and sometimes there can be a wait to be seen, as other reviewers have posted. But he always takes the appointments first, as it should be. His staff is also friendly and courteous. Thank you."

"Unless you have the very first appointment of the day, expect quite a wait... could be 30 minutes to two hours. This place is always overbooked and understaffed. Also.... Dr Patel has a lot of students working here. So expect to be a practice patient. Most of the time, to begin the appointment, a student will come into the exam room and ask you 50 questions, then Dr Patel will come in with 5 other students and grill you with the same questions and exam you in front of all of them. Just be prepared for an audience."
