"I was with this clinic for 7 months, at first I liked it and it fit my schedule perfectly. The reason I was going for therapy was that I was ordered to go from my primary doctor. After going through the first two-three therapy sessions I dropped the doctor who sent me to get therapy and went somewhere that didn’t require therapy, but I continue to stay. They wouldn’t give me approval to continue with the first doctor because they “cannot just write something up or report the progression of your treatment” to anyone. That really messed up everything but I continued to stay, 4 -5 months after refusing to help me stay with my primary doctor and after me getting a new doctor , I requested to have a leave of absence form filled out , literally 3 pages of signatures and checkboxes , THEY REFUSED that as well. Today is the day I finally let this clinic go , they did not help me and they knew the reason behind me being there and basically I told them my personal business for nothing . I guess they can write this little life of mine in one of their sad books. DO NOT GO HERE because obviously they are not able to sign legal paperwork for any matter, but they will charge your insurance and your debit card faithfully legally with no problem, wow! I have seen 3 other therapists/NPs in the past 10 years and I know what they can or cannot do."

"Please, Please, Please do not trust the care of your loved one to this unprofessional, irresponsible place. The office staff and medical staff are rude, so much so that you have to record conversations for your complaints against them. They are also vindictive and will threaten people who are going thru suffering. Honestly, they are the worst facility we have ever experienced and that says a lot. Their actions are at worst criminal and at best unethical. Saved your loved one, and your lawyer fees. Please, do not go to this facility. After reading this response, I realize these people are not only rude, unethical, but they are also liars. My wife and I never ask for anyone to “go against any rules or protocols”, we were asking for status updates given this office had no sense of urgency after three weeks. So you threaten a person dealing with mental health issues to deny them life saving care and services because you don’t like them calling for status updates! You can explain that to the licensing board and to the judge. What you did was wrong, unethical, and boarder line criminal. Send your next response to the licensing board. Finally, when you hear you own words on what you did in your licensing board review you we be shown for the lair you are and you will be held liable for the lies you are putting on the internet."
