"I was referred to this office by my former pcp. When I called, I asked Tyler who’s the best doctor in the office and she said Dr. Kassa. Based on my experience with some of Georgia’s trash pcp and gynos, I can confidently say that Dr. Mussie Kassa Gebremedihn is easily in the top 3 of the best doctors I’ve ever interacted with in my life. Dr. Kassa is very approachable. Ask all the questions you want, because he will not cut you off or dismiss your concerns. He was very attentive not only with listening and answering my questions but also with the treatment plan he provided. With me being only 39 yo with no history of heart disease, he still did a stress test, ECHO test and heart image to ensure he had a full picture of what was going on with my heart. He also provided insight and knowledge on why I was experiencing the symptoms, which he noted in his visit summary my pcp should treat because it had nothing to do with my heart at all. He went over the results of the tests he ordered. He was very thorough and took his time because of course I had additional questions. His visit summary notes are the best I’ve ever seen in my life in terms of details of the visit and what the results showed and course of action. He will happily educate you on the healt of your heart. Hands down, if you need a heart doctor, I doubt you’ll find anyone better. I recommend Dr. Mussie Kassa Gebremedihn with no reservations. Gretchen Anthony moved mountains to correct a note within the visit summary when I noticed an incorrect statement in the visit summary notes. The dates were also off by years in some cases. It took some time but Gretchen worked with Dr. Kassa to get everything correct. Nurse Shea is very compassionate. Up until my colonoscopy on Tuesday at another office, Nurse Shea had been the only medical staff to ever offer condolences when she’d asked for my family history, and I’d mentioned my mother’s death. I may forget her name, but I’ll never forgot how she made me feel when she acknowledged my mom by offering her sympathies in a very authentic and caring way. She is also one of the only medical staff I’ve ever came across that explained what she was doing before actually doing the task at hand and she takes blood pressure the old fashion way, which is most accurate, opposed to that blood pressure cart. She does it naturally. You won’t have to ask. And, she’s always smiling. For my stress and echo tests, I was in the great care of Tiara and Romeka. They both did a great job keeping a smile on their face and being patient with me, especially Romeka because I was asking her if my heart looked normal just seconds after she begin imaging because I was so nervous. She also cleaned the bed both before and after my visit. I know the room was sterile. Tiara kept ensuring I was ok while I was doing the stress test. Her attitude was also very pleasant. They are the dynamic duo when it comes to testing. With the exceptional Dr. Kassa and his staff, the 4/5 stars are due to several factors: Kathy, who was sure to let me know she was the scheduling coordinator, woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Long story short, Tyler asked me to complete paperwork during my initial call to the office. The following morning, I never received the link via email that Tyler was supposed to send. I called back and the rude and unprofessional and unpleasant Kathy answered the phone and went off on me. It’s unfortunate to have top tier talent like Dr. Kassa, Gretchen, Nurse Shea, Tiara and Romeka just to come across someone as crass as Kathy. Kathy does not compliment Dr. Kassa and his team. Helo app is problematic. I receive false notifications and I can’t view everything in the app. What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t do everything the website does? A The wait times are also a bit much. I’d arrive 15 mins early for my appointments and it takes over 45 mins before I’m called back and another 15 mins before he enters the room."

"My wife was seeing Dr. Yan, but we will not be back. Dr. Yan is one of the rudest narcissist doctors we have ever encountered. My wife is stage 4 kidney disease and her nephrologist said she can not take lisinopril. We told dr. Yan this. I was in the appointment with my wife when we told her. She still prescribed lisinopril to her. She is so rude and doesn’t care about her patients. She is rude to the nurses also. I’ve seen her with my eyes and ears degrading them. Beware!"

"This is the worst doctor's office I have ever been to. To describe it as unprofessional is an understatement. In the waiting room you can hear the receptionist on speaker phone with customers. Literally, when patients call the office they are placed on speaker phone ,and everyone in the waiting room can hear the conversation. The rest of the staff has no regard or patience for patients with physical restrictions. They also don't communicate well with patients and each other. The office is often overbooked, despite being in a pandemic."

"Their billing practices is schizophrenic. They tell you one thing when you’re at the front desk and you get billed for something else later on. The appointment wait time is disgusting. I went to appointments on time and waited a half hour to an hour to be seen. No one comes out to tell you there’s a slow down. I will not use this organization ever again. I agree with the person that said they don’t share any of their records with your primary care doctor. Most of the lab work was not sent to my doctor and you constantly call and they still don’t send it over!"

"The worst doctor I've ever had the misfortune of working with. They refuse to share records with other doctors, even after multiple releases are signed and sent to them. We had to go to their office and sit in their waiting room until they manually printed them off. You will never wait less than an hour to see the doctor, sometimes 3-4 hours. Rude staff doesn't help."
