"I’ve been going to this doctor now for about 3 years. I really love Dr. Afouloju. He listens to my concerns and we attack them accordingly. He don’t force treatment on me however my last 3 scheduled appointments I wasn’t able to be seen. The first one they had a different date from what was written on my card…. When I went in they said you already came to an appointment yesterday which wasn’t true but they still charged the insurance almost $1500. The last two appointments they wouldn’t let me bring the baby in they said you can’t have anybody with you even tho he was just two and the recording says you can they turned me away…. I told them I was experiencing some problems and needed to be seen but they didn’t care.. yet again insurance was charged about $1500 and I wasn’t seen. My concern is how many patients are being charged that they aren’t seeing. THIS IS FRAUD!!! I wonder if the doctor actually know this is going on because he don’t seem like that kind of a person. Someone needs to fix this ASAP!"

"My mother is a patient and the practice has scheduled her on two occasions and have her waiting and waiting, been here an hour this time,ans last time we were over there 2 hours and she did not get to see the Doctor. So we ate waiting again and been here an hour so far. If my mother missed her appointment they would charge her a fee and if she were to be late they would cancel her appointment. Like most medical practices, the administration has no concern for the patient experience. When I asked if they had a complaint box or customer service department, they had a person advise me that they overbooked ansd were sorry for my inconveince. The customers experience, they do not care, come in, sign in, who do we bill to get paid, we will call you, thanks for stopping by, see you next time - its a shame when the customer experience is not valued."
