"This office is horrendous. I've tried to be patient on several occasions since taking over my parents care in 2019. The communication is terrible, they don't respond to pharmacy requests unless you put pressure on them. I live over 35 minutes away & have had to drive to the office to speak to them in person in reference to my parent's medications because they wouldn't respond to the pharmacy or answer the phone when I called nor do they call back in reference to your message but you may or may not get a call from them stating they missed a call from you. They take a message & your request may or may not be answered. Dr. Udosen should've been a light to this place when she took over Dr. Whitehead's patients but she is a total darkness to this practice. She's rude, cold & inconsiderate to her senior citizen patients so I can imagine how she treats the others. She shows no compassion or empathy towards her patients & if she wanted to work in a military then maybe she should've took her talents there because this isn't fair to the people who have been a part of this practice before she was even licensed. My mother is disgusted & finally ready to leave this practice which I've been begging her to do for the longest but it's a big inconvenience to the patient. And now thanks to Dr. Udosen's treatment she's ready to go & I don't blame her. Also they want all of their patients to now use a patient portal, I know & understand times are changing but most senior citizens don't have access to the internet or don't know how to use it but no one in the office cares about thst so they make it almost impossible for this set of people to get help or anything resolved. I showed up 8 minutes late to an appointment recently with my wheelchair ridden mother & she turned us away because we were 8 minutes late. Appt time 2:30 & we arrived at 2:38, do you what it took for us to get there & then when we get there that's what we're greeted with smh. So disappointed in this office & I'm sure Dr. Whitehead would be too."

"Dr. White & her nurse is AMAZING, so this review is not about either of them at all, although as a new patient, I wish one of them would have mentioned that I needed to a schedule an appointment to discuss my labs even if they were abnormal. Anywho, this review is about the office staff, which is horrible! The older Caucasian lady, told me “Dr. White wasn’t excepting new patients anyway” when I mentioned I was new and was not aware I needed to schedule an appointment to discuss my labs…one has nothing to do with the other ma’am! Also, they never answer the phone and although you leave a message, instead of checking the message they call back and say “we see we had a missed call from this number”…how unprofessional! Since they never check messages, they never call you back, so me canceling my virtual appointment was never relayed to the doctor or her nurse, so I received a flood of calls about my virtual appointment today, which I left a detailed message to cancel Tuesday because the doctor had answered my questions via the patient portal. First impressions are very important and this office let me down completely! I will be on a search for another PCP of color, who’s office staff is a lot more competent."

"Have no issues with primary care physician, Dr Whitehead. He also treats my bother and his wife. His father treated my father my wife's father. But when it comes to staff, it is the most inefficient and unprofessional I've ever encountered. It would take too discuss some of the nightmares I have experienced. Thank God I have been able to find another primary care facility that is regular Emory. Miller Grove is bush league. Incidentally, I still do not have my prescription."
