"I have been a patient here for over a year or so now. I feel I haven’t been given the proper treatment in terms of communication with my benefit information….also being informed with the status of things. I have had to call many times about issues concerning my benefits only to get mixed answers…no understanding or clarity even after being patient enough to wait more than 2 months before questioning things. I’m going to end my treatment there and just start going to the one here in the city. I travel to far to be given misinformation. Also I feel my care provider isn’t as involved with me when I need something if I’m dealing with a health concern. I feel like I’m bothering people here at the clinic. Staff isn’t great with communication or consistency of keeping patients informed."
