"My experience at the Advanced Urogynecologist, has been very satisfactory, especially, at my last Appointment. My last appointment was for the Urodynamics Tests. The Tech that came to pick me up at the Reception, to go into the Urology Lab, was really cheerful & looked simple, but, pleasant, in terms of cleanliness, courtesy & how she carried herself! I was even more impressed by the way she carried out the Tests. She was very timely & professional. Everything was done professionally such that, I felt no pain or burning. I felt really comfortable & the anxiety I'd had about how those tubes will enter my body & the expected pain, were never felt! Instead, I felt good & really comfortable & impressed about the whole exercise & was convinced the results/information expected from the tests would enable a good conversation with my Gynecologist, at my next Appointment. Communication is lax including with other medical offices. Incredibly frustrating when it should be simple. Maybe under staffed or not well trained. Protocols are definitely not patient oriented."
