(My most recent visit, by Amy, whose warm and efficient assistance made check-in a breeze.) Ellie, Dr. Walker's assistant, was exceptional. She guided me through the tests with care, addressing my questions. She is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Walker is a true gem. His expertise, genuine care, drive to provide a positive experience during your visit, and his sense of humor is hard to find. "My visit brought back memories of when Docs offices wanted to give you more than just a service, they wanted to give you an “Experience!” That’s what I had an “ Experience” and it was a great eye exam “Experience!” Dr. Mark Machen and his team were dynamic and I just loved trying on different frames.
