"Firstly, I am a Physical Therapist and the experience with Norcross location made me proud of my profession. I woke up one day with right shoulder pain, that worsened over 2-3 days. The pain was so severe, that I thought I was going to need short term disability and take time off work. I went to urgent care with steroid shot and pain injection with only 24 hour relief and the pain came back. I went to my primary care who I love but was clueless and immediately ordered an MRI. I then decided I need to see a physical therapist. I went to Norcross so close to my home, Abigail the office coordinator was super accommodating and so sweet. I spent a good hour with Bryan, he listened, he asked questions (I'm so familiar with all this), but then he touched my shoulder (the first clinician to touch me), he came to the conclusion that I strained my subscapular muscle. (insert a mind blowing emoji). I thought I had a frozen shoulder, it was feeling and looking like a frozen shoulder, but once he tweezed out all the muscle involvement, it all made sense. It took 3 visits for me to feel somewhat "normal". Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Bryan is truly the best, Doctor of Physical Therapist, Fellow in training, which makes him an elite provider treating musculoskeletal problems. I should have come to Bryan first, lessoned learned. This clinic is clean, staff are so professional and friendly. (drop mic). SO if you need a PT come see me at Norcross Gwinnett Village, we now offer Occupational Therapy, a trilingual clinic..."

"I had a referral from my doctor to go here for dry needling due to having an autoimmune disease that attacks my muscles. After doing an evaluation for 45 mins, my therapist told me that I would not be provided the dry needling service but should come back weekly for a light workout. Meanwhile, I looked over and an employee is providing the dry needling service to another employee. I won't be back. Going somewhere else.."
