Reviews
"Surprised at all the negative reviews. I had a good experience here. I needed an appointment to review a mammogram, and my regular provider was not able to see me for several weeks. Magnolia got me in the next day. Everything went smoothly, they were very thorough and checked on some other things for me. Price was also very reasonable for a self-pay patient."
"I have been trying to get someone to call me back about lab results for 3 weeks now. I was seen 11/3 and after 1 week I had not received results so I called. The staff member that called me back said they had not received all of my results yet but that my vitamin d was low. The next week I missed a call and they left a voicemail saying the lab couldn’t perform one of the tests and to let them know if I wanted to come back and repeat the test, but that everything else was normal…. I have called at least 4 times since then to find out what test wasn’t done and to try to find out if my vitamin d was actually normal or abnormal since the message said everything was normal and still no one has called me back. The last time I called I told the answering service that if no one is going to call me back can they please at least fax the results to my doctor and gave them the fax number. That never happened either. I guess I will be driving to the office which is an hour away from my home on my next day off."
"My blood work test results are available they tell me in a text message but no details about where to see (Labcorp, Quest, etc.) the results - I've checked both. Are they using the Frankenstein lab? Call the number, press uno for Ingles and get a fast busy signal. What a great place (not)."
"For two Wednesdays in a row I've had an appointment for a telehealth call for prescription refills with Dr. Ravi Shah (only does telehealth on Wednesday I was told) and for two weeks in a row I have never been called. Spouse had same experience a couple weeks ago... Wait all afternoon for a call that never comes. I understand that some engagements can take longer than expected but don't want to sit around all afternoon waiting for a call that never comes in. Now I'm out of blood pressure medicine - not good. Edit: Of course you have no history because only a moron would post actual name, DOB and phone number on the Internet."
"My faith in medicine has been restored! I received some very life changing news recently and needed to find a pcp to help manage it. I have been to several doctors over the years and they have all let me down. I had the pleasure of working with Dr.Ravi. He took the time to inform me, which is amazing because I NEED information and communication to thrive. He answered all my questions, made me feel like I could actually talk without being judged or told what to do. He eased my mind with my recent news and assured me that he would help find the proper doctors when it was out of his realm. I also had the pleasure of being poked by Mr. Wagner. A lovely Venezuelan man with a gentle touch. I am super sensitive when I have blood drawn for some reason I either vomit or hit the floor, but they took the extra precaution to lie me down, find a vein that wouldn’t hurt as bad and the bed side manor was impeccable. I love that everyone is so friendly and speak so many languages, coming from a multilingual family, it made me feel at home. I will say, off the rip Dr.Ravi told me that there were some flaws to the practice, mainly phone lines and faculty reliability as a result of covid. I did see a little bit of dis-coordination, but nothing too crazy and I also saw that they are taking steps to make things so much better. I did wait about 30-45 min, but it was also my first time, I had first time paperwork and all that jazz, so it was actually pretty quick. I love that it is family owned and the doctors are very well informed. 100/100!!!"
