"My Mother has an unusual situation with her eyes. She wanted to simply ask some questions of an ophthalmologist. Dr Theile gave us his full attention and answered all her questions fully & thoughtfully. My Mother left with a better understanding of her situation & able to make an informed decision on her eye care needs. Everyone from the front desk & the MA were so pleasant & courteous. Dr Theile was outstanding."

"Due to Insurance changes, had to switch eye dr for our family. We've been seeing the same dr for 15 years and our eyes are all pretty stable. First, after my adult daughter (23) telling them she couldn't even SEE the big letter on the chart to drive home, they told her not to worry it would get better. WRONG! She literally had to remove the contacts they put her in in order to drive home. I had to personally call the next morning to make another appt to get her put into the CORRECT contacts which should have been done that FIRST visit! My husband had similar issues with him telling them what he wanted as far as distance/close up... they didn't listen and tried to put him in something totally different. Again, they do not listen to their patients. My son and I were ok with what they put us in, however, they didn't even bill us correctly according to the insurance company! Would NOT recommend this practice at all and would prefer to pay out of network in future rather than use this practice! Never again!"

I felt a little unsure of my next steps to take. But before I left the office I was confident about my care and the direction I need to go. "There was some confusion at the office with my appointments and a double medical record profile. Which created confusion as to why I was there for a 2nd appointment. Otherwise, they were great. Went in for a medical issue, the staff doing the testing and Dr. Theil were all great. My eye exam was a week later and again, great staff and care through it all. I'll be going back. The office manager seemed aware of my double records and will hopefully get those combined for future appointments."

"I had an amazing experience. From start to finish. I was comforted and encouraged as I explained my symptoms to the lady scheduling my appointment.(sorry I don't recall her name but she was phenomenal) I was able to get a same day appointment which is rare most times. My appointment was with Dr. Sol. She had great bedside manners and she was knowledgeable. She took her time to explain my diagnosis and broke down the medical terms she used into laymen's terms to where I could understand them. She was very pleasant and took care to let me know each procedure she was about to perform before she did it. My fear and discomfort was met with a staff who showed care, concern and expertise. I highly recommend Marietta eye clinic."
