"Doctors and midwives are wonderful especially Dr.Slade and Dr. Bello. But I've been hung up on or straight up ignored by the staff when I addreas concerns about my pregnancy on the phone or on the online portal. And the wait time is ridiculous. Appt was at 9 and it's now 10:10 and I've been in a room since 9:30. I don't have that kind of time to just be sitting and waiting as I doordash for work. Literally going to lose my schedule for the day because they can't even use proper time management. It's okay to stop accepting patients if you have too many. And this is also why I'm switching to another OB that is much more considerate of people's time."
