"chose this practice out of necessity due to the pandemic & being denied appointments at other practices because of covid worries. Appointments were quick & uninformative. Not very personable at all (never met the DR who delivered my daughter prior & she never introduced herself & was quite rude) - had a very rude experience at Emory after delivery as well. Overall negative experience but will acknowledge - the height of a pandemic makes it uncomfortable for all."

"I don't mind waiting, but prefer to do so with clothes on! It was an uncomfortable experience to be asked to take off all of my clothes, put on a paper gown, and wait in a cold exam room for 20 to 25 minutes. I asked what was going on and the staff said they would be in soon. I would strongly prefer to remain clothed while waiting for their schedule to catch up. Overall it took 1 hour to get a pap smear which is a little bit long. The provider sensed my frustration and recommend that I come for the first appointment of the day next time."
