"Completely unprofessional. Had an appt scheduled early morning. Had to get overnight childcare for my kids to get to school in the morning so that I could make it to this office at 8 am. This location is 45 minutes away from me. Upon arrival I was told my appt had been canceled and someone had tried to call me a week ago but my phone didn't have voicemail. I checked my phone and my voicemail is working ....so they dialed the wrong number. Any bright person would think to try again, text or even email me since they also had that info too. Complete waste of my time. I cancelled 4 client appointments at my office to be here today. This is not acceptable. My time is valuable. Would give 0 stars if I could."
