"One star is generous. She WAS dismissive, rude, no sense of humor, or even personality for that matter. Didn't seem to care to be honest. I've been waiting for this appointment for years really. I finally got insurance and desperately need help with my lupus and CRPS. I'm loosing my vision, now legally blind, loosing my hearing, now have hearing aides, had a stroke, tremors so bad can barely walk or talk. She wouldn't even listen to my medical history and told me wrong information that I knew was incorrect, even as a paitent. Looking for someone else!!"

"It was very convenient having a virtual appointment due to the pandemic, that’s why I gave 2stars. But I do not recommend this place for first time customers. I feel that you should should see the doctor face to face when getting a true diagnosis. They need to be able to look at you joints and skin in person. Not being able to understand the doctor, they have an assistant that talks for the doctor to help you understand what the doctor is saying because of her accent, however the assistant need some training. She should not be able to speak on diagnosis since she’s not a doctor or nurse. Also told me don’t be in denial. That’s the wrong thing to say to someone. They really DO NOT need to be giving out false information and don’t speak on things you don’t know anything about. So word of advice, when getting a diagnosis please go see a doctor in person and get a second opinion…God Bless"

"Avoid Dr. Sharma – she only wants your money! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a “doctor”. I saw her last July as a remote video appointment and she sent me to get bloodwork done. The follow up visit was about a 5-minute video chat for her to tell me the lab results were negative and she couldn’t help me. That 5-minute video cost me $160 and it could have just been a simple phone call! Good doctors will call you to let you know your lab results if no follow up is needed. It’s now February and I just received the bill for the visits last summer! I should also point out that she has a very thick accent and I could not understand a word she said but there was someone else in the room to repeat her more clearly (very weird). Ultimately, I was finally able to find another doctor and was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis but the whole experience with Dr. Sharma cost me $287 for nothing."

"Beware of this place! I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis almost 2 years ago by another doctor. Dr. MOSSELL in Tifton Ga is amazing! They unfortunately stopped taking my insurance and I had to look elsewhere for a new doctor that would accept my insurance. This was the only doctor I could find within a 2 hour drive from me. The receptionist assured me that they DO accept my insurance. I waited 2 months for my appointment and drove the 2 hours to get there only to be told they would not see me unless I put $200 down today because I don't have a copay and they will not pay the doctor until I meet my deductible. Which is $8000!!! Why couldn't she tell me this when I made the appointment 2 months ago?? I desperately needed to be seen today because I have not been able to get my humira since December because no one will prescribe it unless you are seen by a doctor. I left there in tears today because of the lack of concern and compassion from any of the staff! They did NOT care about anything but their $$!! I also witnessed 2 other patients leave because they had been waiting for too long to be seen. This place is a joke!"

"Been seeing Dr. Sharma for many years now. She has helped me so much. She diagnosed me when no other doctor could even scratch the surface of this lupus sle and mctd that i have. She is caring. She has wiped many of my tears and given my words of encouragement for so many years now. She gives me the strength to fight and she shows that she actually cares for me as a person FIRST and NOT just a patient. I ask on a great, low risk treatment plan and have been stabilizing more and more. This woman is from God. A pure angel."
