"A big disappointment. Thought I would try this facility because it is closer but nooooo this culture of unprofessionalism racism is beyond me. I have made a switch to Northside Atlanta. Emory is just another FANNG company that cares about elitism not lives and well-being of ALL people. The Dr didn’t want to do nothing he pretty much is sorry back getting patients of the make and is horrible same as the clinic on Clifton."
"I was subjected to 2 drug tests from a provider with no knowledge of the testing until I received billing from the lab for the service. It was not added in my chart over a month later. After contacting the office about this, I have been waiting for over a week for a reply. I am 69 years old and have never been on drugs. My medication after being on the same prescriptions for many years was changed and are not helping at all. I went to Emory at McDonough for many years and loved my providers, but one time at Emory @ Eagles Landing I am totally rethinking my primary care choice. They are slow to respond to any messages, prescription refills or anything else. I am not impressed by this establishment at all. Drug tests of any kind should not have been done without my consent. I have never had this happen at any other doctors office my entire life and for them to do it behind my back and then I am billed for it is ridiculous."
"Always an excellent experience with this group! I've been a patient of Dr Hood's since his internship at Emory Clinic at South Dekalb (Candler Rd). I lost him after his internship only to find him within walking distance from my home in Ellenwood. I was (am) so proud of his accomplishments and staff selections over the years. Congrats on most recent promotion...you certainly earned it and deserve it! Elaine Dodson"
"This location has been declining in health care over the past few years. It took 2 phone calls, a non working message app system and 3 nurses to finally call me back only to tell me 4 days later that they won't refill my regular prescriptions. The best suggestion on Christmas Eve was to go to a Clinic? This is ridiculous the lack of communication and complete disregard for patient care is progressively getting worse. I see why all of their Doctors are leaving them."
"Formerly Emory Doctors of Mcdonough and are now located at 1050 on ste. 200. The facility is bigger with more accommodations and it appears to be better staffed as making for a safer, more comfortable environment, and quicker service. That was my experience going there this week for the first time."
