"Wish I could post a zero. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant front desk staff, never even said hello. The front desk person's first words to me were "What you need?" When I told them I was referred on a workman's compensation claim the attendant rolled her eyes and told me "Well, you ain't gonna be able to do that today". When I asked her the procedure she got the attention of her manager who was standing behind her. I was the only white person around and did not feel welcome at all. The manager told me if I wanted to be treated there I had to call a third party number, and I asked if I still had to do that if I had been referred by a doctor (across the parking lot). The manager told me if I didn't like it, I could go somewhere else. So I did."

"Front desk staff friendly, efficient and created a spot for me to return for an urgent concern. Clinician, Chris, was above the top in making sure my neck brace was right for my need. He created a brace that conforms specifically to my problem. He did not stop adjusting until it was right. He was professional and personable and l truly believe he is knowledgeable in his clinical role and experienced in skill. I highly recommend Hanger Clinic."

"I was very pleased with my experience at Hanger Clinic to get my much needed orthotics. The office was set up to protect from the COVID-19 virus using masks and sanitation. I was able to make an appointment with the least amount of exposure to other patients although they were appropriately spaced. Marty was the person that measured my foot and fit me with the orthotics. He answered my questions completely. I am now the happy owner of orthotics for the first time and adjusting to them. I find they are helping my feet feel stronger and, of course, relieve the pain I was having."

"The female behind the front desk with her back to the customer that check customer could really use some training on customer service and her approach to customers, her people skills need improving. The front office female that greets the customers is great. Upon going to the back i sent to Martin Kacen office he had nothing positive to say put a brace on me that he knew would hurt try to make me walk in it,then said one would have to be special order that would cost a lot (he said). Then he had a brace that felt better but he said this brace he know would break(why are you still selling this product). Until this company gets better associates i'm not going back."

"The front desk staff especially the female that checks patients out are very rude, impolite, & overall disrespectful. I've been to this office for orthotic devices three times & have always had the same treatment from this young lady. The office manager emailed me after my first review & apologize for the experience that I had, but apparently it did not trickle down to this young lady. They need to Understand that people that have to come here are going thru things & being rudely spoken to doesn't make what they are going thru any easier."
