"This facility was great on my first appointment after that it got bad and then worse. The nurses were very nice but the doctors came off rude and judge mental. My daughter wanted to do more research on vaccines before deciding to give them to her son. The doctors still tried to push her into getting them. They're always over booked so the doctors take forever and a day to get to you. Then it takes them a long time to get your next visit and release paperwork. I'm glad I moved to another city and I can find my grandson another pediatrician because this place will work your last nerve."

"I have visited the office with my kids for the past 13 years and it has definitely changed. I'm currently seeking a new doctor because of the high wait times,lack of concern and high turnover with staff."

"My son has been going to this doctor for 9 years now. This place has definitely gone down hill over the years. For the past three years my son’s appointments has been cancelled with no phone call or explanation. You call and no one answers the phone or return your call. You get an appointment only to be waiting two hours before a doctor even comes in to see your child. The only reason you called to the back immediately is due to them still having covid precautions in place. So now you and your child are sitting in one of the rooms in the uncomfortable chairs. Sad part is the doctor stays in the room no more than ten minutes when they do come in to do a checkup on your child. Currently, seeking a new doctor for my son."

"A woman walked in the building (directly into the waiting area) waiving a large knife threatening to kill everyone and herself and It didn’t seem like the matter was taken seriously or the staff cared for the patients or their families- as long as they were protected behind the glass and door everything was fine. The whole team was friendly and polite. But their level of care or concern in that situation was non-existent. One staff member mentioned “this happens a lot, sometimes people walk-in off the streets for numerous reasons”; with a statement like that, how can this place not have security. I can understand it’s a normal for them, that’s why there wasn’t any kind of alarm or response, but parents with kids with disabilities or babies didn’t take it too lightly. Every person walking in off the streets aren’t going to just give threats every time; someone will act on it at some point. So to not take it seriously; It really shows the level of care that they provide for the patients and their families that enters this building. This was my first time here and it wasn’t a great experience, even my child’s appointment was rushed. Not great at all, why even give appointments. Our appt was 9:15, we got there at 8:30, only to be seen around 10:45 for 4 minutes. The checkup the dr did, I usually do myself on my children, I didn’t need a professional for bare minimum."

"We arrived at 8:05am for the 8:15am appt....It's 9:44am and still haven't seen a doctor. A bit unacceptable but the people are nice. Facility is okay but needs a face-lift as it has the same exact decor and artwork as when my kid came here almost 10 years ago. I would rate my doctor but she has still not come into our room."
