"The doctor and office staff are wonderful the deserve 5 stars; but the backend billing office is terrible. They have rude people that call you from an auto dialer and don’t listen to anything you say they just wanna scream at you and tell you that you owe money and that you need to make arrangements right away or they’re going to put it to collections."

"This company is unprofessional, over works their employees with no pay and missing money from every check received. The patients are always having issues with getting checked in because their systems have the most issues and people in the back office never want to work. Front office employees are always getting treated unfairly and have to be a medical assistant, a ultrasound tech and do back office work such as insurance issues and be cursed at by the doctors for not getting them as many patients seen as possible so they can be paid for procedures. It has been a nightmare working here and witnessing the amount of theft this company does with insurance and to their employees. I’ve noticed complaints from patients with symptoms getting worse due. Doctors doing half work & only worried about getting paid to start these procedures. They hire anybody and don’t check credentials! I have been robbed off hundreds of dollars and so have others working here and patients! If you want your money back FILE A LAWSUIT!"

"Update: yes, I already contacted the wecare email on January 13th and never received a response. I purchased a sclerotherapy package last year for 4 treatments. An hour before my appt for the 3rd treatment, they called me to tell me they no longer offer this service without explanation. I asked how I could get refunded for the package i purchased, and they gave me a wrong number. I attempted to contact their corporate office several months ago with no reply. This place wasted a lot of my time and scammed me."

"I went in for a “free consultation” and was billed over $200. When I call they transfer me from person to person. Twice I was finally able to speak with agents who told me I didn’t have a balance. Shortly after I received the same bill and now have not been able to reach anyone to fix the problem. They promise to have someone call back. No one ever does. I had made a follow up appointment to start the treatment process (which I know I would be billed for) but I canceled it. If they’re questionable right off the bat with their billing practices I want nothing to do with them. Follow up: I reached out again multiple times to the company via email and by phone after I got this response from them. No one ever responded to the online form I filled and the reps on the telephone promise to call back and never do. I’m filing a complaint with the BBB as my next recourse."

"My dermatologist referred me to Dr. Arthur James at the Atlantic Station location of Vein Clinics of America due to increasing veins showing up on my lower legs - she said don’t go anywhere else! So I came here to see Dr.James & his staff. I have undergone multiple procedures of guided sclerotherapy to treat the underlying cause and I have been very happy with the procedures and results. Dr James is a consummate professional who is very experienced and the staff has been great. They are very knowledgeable and I feel safe in their hands. The office is run well and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes to be called back. They take insurance and have worked hard to get everything covered. I highly recommend!"
