"I received the best customer service while visiting Smyrna Eye Group. I work over night and noticed that my eyes were feeling restless so I booked an appointment at Smyrna Eye Group. My appointment was at 11:30. I arrived at 11:10 and was immediately taken back. My appointment was with Dr.Harper and my concerns were immediately addressed, let’s just say I left happy and I can see again, better than I ever have, oh and not to mention the staff is extremely friendly! Dr. Harper addressed all my concerns, and made sure I understood his explanations. The service was speedy and efficient, I will be back for all my optical needs. Thank you Smyrna Eye Group."

Evin in the spectacle department is helpful and takes the time to help me find glasses that fit my face shape. Anyone else that I have spoken to is very knowledgeable and kind."

"This is my first time in almost 50 years. Given one star no because of the doctor but because of the staff that are working there poorly service. I sent my daughter and grandkids too and they just told me that they love doctor Harper but very unhappy with the service prior to see the doctor. They rush them and the quality of service was not great. I paid for contact lens service and I told the girl that I needed it to try it first to see if they were going to be comfortable. She told me to do it at home. I don't think that Doctor Harper knows about the service that they are providing to us. Anyway, after 50 years going there I'm very upset. Angela Martin"

"Be aware! Extra hidden fee, they going through all the eye machine and never tell that the optional. When I asked, they couldn’t answer why that service was added up. I should not pay for what my insurance cover. Plus, they are not clean their machine. Have to asked to clean the old lip stick still on there. Customer service was so unprofessional. I’m not coming back or referring to anyone."
