"This facility is a nightmare. If I had a dollar for every time I was told I’d get a call back.. and then not get that said call, I’d be able to afford this place. Too many employees for them to keep anything straight. Spent $275 and then was told I’d need to pay an extra $250. That’s just for the PA.. if you have money to waste, def go here!"

"ATTENTION MILITARY FAMILIES: Do not bother calling this clinic for services. They do not take Tricare Select or Prime. Not even as an out of network provider. And even if you’re willing to pay out of pocket their company policy states they will not even take your cash. No need to deal with a business that will have nothing to do with military and their families."

"The health professionals do their job quite well, but I recommend being extremely vigilant in dealings with the Finance department at Bridgepoint. Stay on top of your EOB docs, and verify all charges/ previous payments on all bills. Bridgepoint’s finance office is second rate, and not competent or ethical enough to be dealing with patients directly. As an example, I was told by several employees over the course of a few months to ignore any paper bills mailed to my home. They were quick to tell me that a new billing system was sending charges at random to existing patients for unknown reasons, and that I had a zero balance on my account. After several months I was contacted by phone by the finance office saying four appointments worth of charges were past due and demanded payment immediately. While I could stand my ground and reason through this situation, many others could easily be taken advantage of under similar circumstances."

"This place is a godsend! I went through a very odd space in life and it seemed like no one could figure it out. Within my first visit here, things started making sense. It was no time before I got relief and ultimately got back to “normal”. I met a lot of doctors through the process. "We were in near crisis mode and they found a time for us nearly immediately. The office staff is extremely kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I have 2 teenagers who are clients and each have the right counselor for them. I really like the fact the clinic has psychiatry and counseling/therapy in the same practice. Our psychiatrist is very knowledgeable and accessible through the portal. I also really like the fact I can always get someone in the phone. One of my son’s counselors has repeatedly give the extra mile and it means the world, knowing he feels supported."
