"My experience here was very pleasant. Everyone is super-friendly and knowledgeable. I was always treated with respect and they always made sure I was ok every step of the way. All of the therapists remembered me even if I wasn't their patient. I definitely improved greatly as a result of my sessions. There is a tremendous benefit to going in rather than trying to go it alone at home. I highly recommend this facility."
"Secretary is rude and unprofessional. My first time in the office I was not greeted, just my entire name was called and I was given paperwork. Which I replied hello how is your day going, since no one said hello to me. Then a separate day I called to cancel my future appointments and same Secretary is trying to convince me Kaiser is good insurance cause she has it. Then she says the most ignorant thing ever. She says “ well if you’re not sick then Kaiser is great insurance” her response to me telling her since my experience with cancer and Kaiser has been very disappointing. Then she goes on to say how I should know all my benefits of my insurance after I inquired about pricing, I had to end the call. This Secretary has told me what insurance I need, her experience and opinion of the insurance company, what I should know about policy, and if I was not sick I would like Kaiser better. A Secretary is not an insurance consultant she needs to focus on being polite and professional to all customers. Everybody else was polite and professional."
"They assured me multiple times that they took my insurance (BCBS). After several months, as I was finishing up the last of my sessions, they started sending me bills for what they referred to as my "unpaid balance." It ended up being about a couple extra thousand dollars they tacked on at the end, and this was after paying $100 on the date of each visit. Turns out, the sessions I was attending were not covered, and they just decided to bill me when I was wrapping up several months of physical therapy. It's my fault for taking them at their word and not checking with my insurance company at the start."
"After filling out your initial paperwork, it is reviewed by your therapist so they can get a head start on what therapeutic activities you will need to do. Plus, all of the pertinent questions are asked in case you forgot to answer on the initial paperwork. Very satisfied with my therapist, Jeremy Banas, PT"
