"So disappointed with this practice as a veteran and healthcare provider myself. I called to schedule an appointment for my husband to see his doctor( Dr.Carr) but was informed that it has been 2 years since he was seen so he is now considered a new patient. Since he is considered a new patient he is not able to see Dr. Carr because he isn’t accepting new patients. I find that to be horrible patient care as the continuity of care is disrupted. To be penalized for not needing to see a doctor is disheartening but this is the current state of the health system in America. Dr. Carr was not the issue just this policy we were unaware of."

"Southeastern primary care/medical group has really gone down hill. I’ve been a patient of that office for over 10 years and as of late the service sucks. The wait time to speak to a physician is unacceptable. Patients that have an appointment experience at least a 1.5 - 2 hour wait, and the walks is Can take up to 4 hours just to see the nurse practitioner. Additionally, the people who work behind the desk are extremely unprofessional. My overall experience with this office has completely deminished within the last 2 years. It’s almost like the office managment doesn’t care. If they don’t care to take care of a patient that’s been with them over a decade, then they don’t care to lose one either."

"I have been a patient here for nearly 20 years. The Fayetteville location has gone down significantly since they changed names. They used to be Southeastern Primary Care. Now, they are Southeast Medical Group. They bill patients under the wrong provider which results in Out-of-Network charges or insurance payment denials. It’s very difficult to reach certain departments (like Billing) by phone. Then, when you do get someone on the phone, they tell you to call a different number. If you leave a message, someone calls you from a location that is not even in this area. I literally got a voicemail from the person that handles referrals. She didn’t leave a call-back number so I called the same number she called me from. When I got to speak with someone, they told me I needed to contact the Fayetteville location because they were in the Dublin office. Why is someone calling me from the Dublin office, if I can’t call them back with questions? Dublin is 2 hours away! MOST of the office staff and technicians are nice. Others need some customer service training. I have seen a few of the providers. The nurse practitioners have better bedside manner. The doctors are always rushing. Although I hate to change doctors, I’m seriously considering it because I don’t know how much more I can take from Southeast Medical Group."

"Arrived for my 8:15am with Dr. Carr at 7:55am. Was almost immediately brought back, did vitals and told he would be in momentarily. Well after sitting there for over an hour until 9:15...still no Doctor. I decided to leave. I found the staff courteous but totally lacking respect for patient time. They incorrectly assume we have no other choice. They are wrong! No one ever called me to apologize or provide an explanation for their gross tardiness and disregard. Disappointing...."

"The absolute WORST visit ever!!! Who spends 4+ hours at the Dr.s office!! I just did and the only reason is because I refused to have a waisted day as I took a day off work for this and others yet because this was the most important I stayed. Over the years as a patient it hasn't bothered me in the constant change in workers as the health care industry has been affected and I have mostly received good, yes just good service. Yet, times change. The ownership of the practice has changed, and things are starting to decline. Before, there was no real wait and if there was someone came to inform me. Today the downward spiral started at the front door, then continued to the back with each and every person greeting me with the same phrase "sorry but..." This place has fallen and need to get their services off the floor. Everything is at the level of "needs improvement" status. My visit was AWFUL! I feel like I was punished for being on time actually 10minutes early."
