"Dr. Sujatha and her team are wonderful. I have had to come in several times over the past four years and they have truly helped so much with all my medical needs. Dr. Sujatha always takes the time to listen to your concerns and is always super nice and sweet. The entire team from the nurses to front desk do a wonderful job of being kind and attentive. They have always helped with filling out my medical documentation. Highly recommend."
"So far. My wife likes her doctor. The waiting room chairs are great for waiting husband's like me."
"I went in this morning to get updated on vaccinations and an annual physical. The nurse with blonde streaks in her hair acts like it’s the patients fault that she is overworked or has to work on a Saturday, and has extremely poor bed side manners. No greetings, please, or thank you once out of her mouth. She asked me for a urine sample loudly in front of everyone in the lobby. She ordered me around “you have to come in here, get on the scale, do this, do that”. She asked me to repeat ALL the information that I already wrote down clearly on paperwork and gave to the front desk right before my appointment, which means she didn’t read any of it and is wasting patients time. Basics of bed side manners 101- asking a patient permission before doing anything- she ordered or demanded that I remove my clothes for an EKG when I didn’t even want or ask for an EKG, I am in my 20s with no medical history of heart issues. Either way, if patients don’t want to remove their inners or want an appropriately covering gown, they have every right to that, I worked at the Yale university hospital and we always accommodated patients who didn’t want to be sitting half naked on the exam table for an EKG by allowing them as much coverage over their breasts as possible, your breast absolutely do not need to be wholly exposed for an EKG. I first asked if she would be accommodative and give me a more conservative gown or let me leave on some of my clothing so I can move it around based on where the electrodes need to be place, and she adamantly stated no for every request I made saying “this is how we do things here.” I finally said no, I didn’t want an EKG according to her terms. Then she said “well the doctor will have to do a breast exam”, and I said no again because I work in health care and know how to do self breast exams. And there is no connection between a breast exam and an EKG so why would any doctor replace an EKG with a breast exam?? Which means she was going to do a breast exam and just didn’t inform me, which she is absolutely supposed to do. I said no to her version of an EKG that is unnecessarily invasive and protects my privacy in no way, and no to a breast exam, and she got mad and started having an attitude, which again, she has no right to do, patients have every right to refuse any part of the exam without any explanation. I complained to the doctor about her nurse, who was 100 times more polite with much better bed side manners, and she sincerely apologized on behalf of the nurse. There was a different nurse who drew my blood who was also extremely nice. If it was not for the doctor’s apology on behalf of the nurse and her understanding and consideration that I had no interest this morning to undergo exams that I knew I didn’t need and didn’t want, which the doctor whole heartedly agreed with without having a grudges like the nurse did, I would have left the clinic and lodged a serious complaint with the respective authorities. Nurses like her drive away patients who are nervous about seeing a doctor, especially female patients with a history of sexual assault or trauma. It is sad to see nurses like her who have no idea or training to how to talk to patients well or treat them with the dignity that every single patient deserves. I have incredible respect for nurses because of how important their jobs are in providing healthcare to people, but when nurses take all their frustrations out on patients who should never be penalized for asking questions or seeking accommodations, that is absolutely not acceptable, and they should be relieved of their duties before traumatizing other patients. People like her should not work in health care or undergo serious training before resuming work."
"It is impossible to get through to talk to anyone to refill a prescription. This office is not operate efficiently. They need a new system."
"Absolutely awful clinic. Put you on hold for the longest time. Will close before they are supposed to and send phone calls to the overflow line. Their front office employees are so rude and unprofessional, will talk over you and deliberately not even schedule an appointment. As a healthcare provider myself, I used to only go when I needed to in a pinch for required things, but I would not go to or trust this clinic medically at all. You will not get treated properly or per the most up to date guidelines. You will have to jump endless hoops to get a simple answer. I urge you to find primary care elsewhere."
