"Non-professional employees work in the office of Little Clinics. In 2022, my child was given a covid test at this clinic. The nurse incorrectly filled out the documents for the insurance company. The insurance company declined payment for the covid test. It's 2024 now, I get a bill from collectors for a covid test in 2022."

Unfortunately, I was subject to the many complaints regarding appointment mix ups and had to wait another 1.5hrs before being seen, but they’re not in control of computer system mishaps.
