"I have been a patient for over 15 years and I have never had billing issues until these last 2 years. The staff that deals with patients is great. No problems what so ever, but their billing has cost me well in excess of $400 out of pocket because they charge for things but don't tell you. I was told there are signs in the room that says you will be charged for an office visit if you request refills. Insurance got charged $190 for a refill? Half of which I have to pay while we were there for a physical that they were already charging for?!? I always ask if there is an additional charge for things and have always told my family to ask the same questions. Always the same answer from billing..." sorry, PAY US!" And don't let billing use that appointment log stuff. It is a complete fabrication. I know as I was supposedly caught 3 times by it and I knew what to say and ask about. Dr Langford should really get things sorted out because I doubt I will continue as a patient."

"I called the billing office to understand the difference between an office visit and a check up [ my insurance provides one free check-up annually, office visits are $275.]. The person was unable to give me comprehensive response, I tried to get a clear understanding, she kept interrupting me when I spoke. She literally started yelling at me then hung up the phone.I wonder why she thinks that kind of behavior is acceptable? After more than 5 years with this practice I won't return."

"I WAS a patient of Dr Langford for 20+ years. I moved to Florida but still wanted to see Dr Langford. I made my appointment to get all my blood work and pap as I have done in the past. I made it clear I was coming from another state for this appointment. They knew how far I was coming for this appointment. THE MORNING OF THE APPOINTMENT, they canceled on me and was trying to charge me as a new patient! I literally drove almost 6 hours for this appointment and was paying cash for everything done! They wanted to charge me even more! I ended up getting all my medical records i was just so upset I was treated that way! Well, yesterday, I GOT A BILL FROM THEM from 4 and 5 YEARS AGO! I have never received a bill from them when I lived in ga n the bill was date way before we moved! Not sure why they are sending me one now! Stay away from this practice as they treat their long time patients like complete garbage and will send bogus bills if you make them mad. I do NOT owe them anything or they would have billed me while I still lived there. They are unprofessional, greedy and downright wrong the way they treat someone that was a patient for 20+ years. What has happened to you Dr Langford?"

"Changed my previous 5 star review to a 1 star after I had a medical emergency that required contact with the doctor, only… it’s been 2 weeks and neither a doctor, nurse, office manager… no one has called me or filled the prescription I requested two times. I’ve been going here for over 5 years. I will find a doctor with a more convenient location, who answers their phone and calls their patients back after they have a severe adverse reaction to an SSRI that was over prescribed. No accountability, almost cost me my life. 0/10."
