"A few months ago, I made an appointment for teledoc, and about 10 minutes before my appointment the doctor called me to try to talk me out of keeping my appointment. She said she didn't take Medicaid. I don't have Medicaid. I repeatedly told this woman that I do not have Medicaid, I know how my insurance works, and that I didn't have to make a copay because I'd met my deductible for the year. She condescendingly kept insisting that I was too dumb to know how my own insurance worked and that I did have Medicaid, so I just said nevermind, I don't want to be seen by you, and hung up. The office proceeded to call me about 10 times. It was the most bizarre, rude, and condescending treatment I've ever received from a medical professional. I have an ACA plan due to health issues not covered by private insurance, but that isn't Medicaid. The doctor refused to accept that I knew more about my plan than she did & thought I couldn't afford her $40 visit. So rude."

I get *very* nervous about going in to any medical office, but she made the visit stress free and even enjoyable with her easy manner and kind disposition. If only all nurses were like her!!!"

"They billed me for a $29 visit fee that was paid the day of for my son’s physical. Kept sending bills even though I provided proof it was paid on the bank card transaction. Now I’m still dealing with this 6 months later with a debt collector reaching out about this not owed $29! Will never go there again that’s for sure!"
