"The service received during the actual visit with the doctor was great! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because my appointment time was 7:30 a.m., I wasn't put into a room until 9:45 am, and the doctor did not get into my room until 10:15 a.m., and I walked out of the door at 10:30a.m. Too much time waiting with no response of "Thank you for your patience" etc., no tv infomercials, magazines, nothing but what I decided to do on my phone (not the best for your eyes right?). I was later told that the person who made my appointment should have been transparent and let me know that Glaucoma checks with the doctor are slow and there will be a wait time due to thoroughness."

"I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Saunders during an annual eye exam. He is pleasant, agreeable, highly knowledgeable and professional during our post-exam consultation and confirmed what I'd suspected for quite awhile... cataracts in both eyes. He referred me to an eye surgeon named Dr. Andre Cohen and outpatient surgery was scheduled for the following week. Dr. Cohen is a magician and the operation was quick, painless, and life-changing! I had one eye done two days ago and am typing this without wearing eyeglasses for the first time in 15 years. Dr. Cohen will be doing the other eye next week and I can't wait. The one eye he did now tests at 20/20 vision and I'm rediscovering colors that I'd forgotten existed!
