"Emily and Patti are the best, very knowledgeable!!!"
"I had ACL and meniscus repair on my right knee late September and started coming here for physical therapy. This is an excellent facility that exceeded my expectations and would highly recommend. Everyone was kind, courteous, and efficient. Sean was my therapist and he helped to improve the strength and function of my knee over the course of three months. Not only is he highly knowledgeable in his field, you can tell that he is very passionate about his job and helping people with their rehabilitation. If I ever need physical therapy again in the future, this facility will be my first choice."
"So thankful for the caring, knowledgeable Parkinson’s Therapy team at Redmond! They have strengthened and encouraged my mother, helping her to understand PD and its effects on her daily life. Thank you Connie and Theresa! (And Marge!)"
"They are very pleasant and knowlageable. I am up and going so much faster than I would have thought possible. Thank you Sean you are awesome."
"I went in for an evaluation in JULY. I told them my insurance was changing August 1st. They said it would not be a problem. They would run my new insurance August. I've not heard back from them. I've had to call them a few times. One time we had an issue due to my dr's office, but the other times I've been in agonizing pain waiting to see a physical therapist. It is now September 25th. I called 3 weeks ago and the lady that answered was not polite, but she told me I had no insurance. I told her, I indeed did have it, and that I had told them it was changing August 1st and they said 2 weeks before August back in July, that it would not be a problem. She told me to give her my information on my card again. I did and so she told me it was Friday, which I understood and it would be the following week before she would more thab likely be able to process my insurance claim. I have YET to hear from them. They NEVER CALL YOU BACK. So, due to all of the pain I am in, and the lack of sleep I am getting at night (1-2 hours if I am lucky) I got in with another PT in Calhoun! I saw the new PT this week. My new PT called me yesterday to inform me that Redmond finally ran my insurance claim and now I have to get in touch qith them to get them to withdraw the authorization on it. They have not once called me to let me know this or to even make an appointment for me. So now I cannot see the new physical therapist cause my insurance will not pay for me to go to them. I called Redmond yesterday and had to leave a voice-mail. It is after lunch today and I have not heard from Redmond PT. I called back today and got voice-mail again. I had to cancel my pt appointment with my new therapist in Calhoun due to this fiasco. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL AND GIVE THEM NO STARS!!!!"
