"So far just speaking on the phone, it was a bad experience. I don't even want to go in there after speaking with Lori. She was rude and argumentative. I had to cut her off from her nastiness and tell her to just make the appointment. If it weren't for my daughter's situation, it would have taken a completely different turn. As I read on the other bad reviews, they were all about Lori. I don't know how she still works there."

"I agree with LIVING MY LIFE... My podiatrist wrote a prescription to get orthotics from them in regards to my foot condition. I read the prescription to Lori and she immediately said, “insurance won’t cover that!” I stated that this is new to me and my doctor said that insurance does in fact cover these. Again, “well they won’t...”. I called my doctor and explained what had happened and she stated that she had heard from others that Hanger was short and unfriendly to some of their other clients. Fast forward, my doctor said no problem and wrote me a new prescription for Foot Solutions in Cobb County. I’d rather walk with sore feet than to walk through the door of Hanger Clinic, plain and simple."

"I discourage the support of this office because, of the attitude and unprofessionalism of the receptionist, Lori. It just unacceptable for a employee to have a bad morning, and take it out on the customers. I filed a complaint with corporate and I have not received a response to my complaint. However, Brent was great with my fitting. Office was clean."
