"Called before visiting the clinic and was told they were quiet and free to take walk-ins. Arrived and couldn't even register at the kiosk and by the time the nurse came out an hour later she said she was booked through closing with an empty lobby, and offered nothing else. This place is a joke."
"Honestly had a great experience with a staff member named Ken. Made my Covid and Flu shots really easy and quick."
"Dr. Robertson was extremely thorough during my daughter’s sports physical today. She was very attentive. Answered all of my questions. Didn’t have to wait like I would have if I went to urgent care. Overall visit went very well and was worth my time."
"I went to the Kennesaw GA minute clinic and made it very clear to Dr. Suzanne Robertson that I had been experiencing sinus issues for the past 7 days and needed an antibiotic for treatment. I typically get a sinus infection once a year, so I know what they feel like. I was not there for anything related to COVID-19. I recently had COVID-19 and my symptoms we no where near the same. She insisted that I needed to take a flu test because I had a "low grade fever" of 99.5.. She asked if I had been exposed to COVID - I said no. Checking out, I see that I was charged for a COVID test (which was never approved by me) and she added the notes "suspected covid exposure" in my chart after I told her I had not been exposed and she did not discuss why it was suspected. Both flu and covid test came back negative and she diagnosed me with a sinus infection.....clearly she was only concerned about taking my money. My bill was $400 due to the extra tests when I told by the check-in lady it would be $139.00. I am disappointed regarding the communication during my visit. I did not feel like Dr. Robertson listened to a word I said, valued my input or was direct about the tests she preformed. I will never go back."
