"I had posted a poor review about the new staff at connect hearing jasper office. I had been going to this office for 6 years and highly reccomended the this location until the new staff took over. The manager that oversees all the offices just called me to make things right and to clear up any misunderstanding. I was so impressed. Staff is new and just needed extra training which I can fully understand. I now feel this location and staff will do everything to help customers with their hearing and their devices.
