"My granddaughter was taken there today 12/20/2023 because her throat was hurting, she had been running a fever and coughing. They were told that she had been exposed to several people with the flu. She can't get the flu shot because she is allergic to it. They checked her for Strep and big shock here, the test was negative. They said she has a Viral infection and sent her home. One of the Worst groups of Children's doctors I have ever seen. They better pray she doesn't get worse. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone."

"Doctor Eubanks has treated our kid from infancy and he is the best. She was pretty difficult to take to medical offices for several years, but every staff member at this office always treated her so good and never lost patience with her."

"I like the doctors and nurses but scheduling is the worst! I called and waited on hold for 30mins to be told they are full. My child is medically fragile and I can't get an appointment!! 6/15/23 Update- it took them 5months to reply to my review. And mychart does NOT have the option to get appointments for me."

"Wow, I wish I had the name of the young incompetent lady they had answering the phone. She hung up on me when I asked to speak with the manager. For the manager call was on 11/16 at 3:43PM. In any case I had called earlier in the day to speak to the nurse. Seems the Dr had written an Rx incorrectly, per the nurse. He did 15 days and meant to do 30. She said it was a mistake and they would get the Rx corrected. They then forgot to call me back as she said she would. I called back instead. The nurse line was already closed so I called the office. The lady I spoke to kept saying this is the nurses job and she could not help. I asked how do I get a message to the dr. she said use my mychart. I said that goes to the nurse. She said it can go to the dr also. I said can I speak to a manager. She hung up on me. I called back three more times. She hung up three more times. I waited and called back several minutes later and spoke to a Daisy. She checked into this and had the Rx sent over. She was helpful. Unfortunately, it will be the rude one that sticks out in my mind....."

"I absolutely ADORE doctor kareth. She's amazing with both of my children but the receptionists are VERY rude. Need a sick appointment for my children (called yesterday) and was immediately and rudely told "call tomorrow at 8:am" then hung up on. Try to call again and have been on hold for over 16 minutes. I know covid is a thing and you guys are busy but it's not hard to be kind. I hate to switch my pediatrician but I literally cannot get an appointment with her because the ladies up front don't want to do their jobs correctly and with any type of manners to them."
